Profile
Matthew
Tulley is an experienced Operations and Business manager who has formulated
and implemented strategic change programs. These included organisation
restructuring in £10m & £42m turnover companies, site
moves and developments both in UK and Poland. He has also project managed
a new industrial product that was later featured as a 'millennium product'
in the Dome. Work experience includes general management with full P&L
responsibility for a £5m turnover company; covering sales, engineering,
production, finance, quality and logistics. He is also a Chartered Engineer,
having taken Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London.
He
has been working in the medical equipment field since mid 2001 including
6 months working with Medilink in Sheffield on 5 product development /
business development projects. He is also trained in automotive quality
techniques including advanced quality planning, and consequently the transition
to medical quality standards was relatively straightforward.
