Matthew
Tulley is an experienced Operations and Business manager who has
formulated and implemented strategic change programs. These included
organisation restructuring in £10m & £42m turnover
companies, site moves and developments both in UK and Poland.
He has also project managed a new industrial product
that was later featured as a 'millennium product' in the Dome. Work
experience includes general management with full P&L responsibility
for a £5m turnover company; covering sales, engineering, production,
finance, quality and logistics. He is also a Chartered Engineer,
having taken Mechanical Engineering at
Imperial College London.
He
has been working in the medical equipment field
since mid 2001 including 6 months working with Medilink
in Sheffield on 5 product development / business development projects.
He is also trained in automotive quality techniques including advanced
quality planning, and consequently the transition to medical quality
standards was relatively straightforward.
He
is currently the Managing Director of Single Use Surgical Ltd, a
young company specialising in high
quality single use surgical instruments.
