Trials
& Approvals
Our
product trials at over 20 hospitals in the Yorkshire area were completed
successfully. They were well received by all who used them and among
the many comments was praise for the user-friendly design and improved
suction performance as compared to reusable devices. Wide ranges of
procedures were undertaken during the product trials. These procedures
included pituitary tumour removal, fenestration of cyst in the
spinal canal, myringotomy, endoscopic nasal polypectomy, alveolar
bone grafts and surgical dental extensions. Special suctions are also
being produced
for major ear work and micro-laryngeal procedures.
Since the initial trials the single use suctions have
been further improved with the addition of stilettes
and modifications to reduce noise emission in the smallest devices.
